Among his published books are \u003cem\u003eThe Wonder Book of Fun, Lying Doggo\u003c/em\u003e, and \u003cem\u003eDiary of an Amateur Photographer\u003c/em\u003e. His collaged novel \u003cem\u003eWoman\u0026#39;s World\u003c/em\u003e, created entirely from fragments of found text clipped from vintage women\u0026rsquo;s magazines won wide critical acclaim, described by The Times as \u0026lsquo;a work of genius\u0026hellip;the most wildly original novel produced in this country in the past decade.\u0026rsquo; His reinterpretation of \u003cem\u003eThe Wizard of Oz\u003c/em\u003e won 2009 Book of the Year at the British Book Design Awards. His latest book, \u003cem\u003eThe Card\u003c/em\u003e, was shortlisted for the 2013 Writers\u0026#39; Guild Best Book Award. Rawle teaches part-time on the MA Sequential Design/Illustration and MA Art and Design by Independent Project courses at the University of Brighton. He has been guest lecturer at numerous other academic institutions on a range of art, design and writing courses.
